Private Helicopter Photo Flight
Ideal for guests who want something private to enjoy scenic view from above, this helicopter option can accommodate up to 3 total guests pending combined weights of guests. Flights are offered as little as 30 minutes all the way up to 2 hours. Flights can be offered with or without the doors on the helicopter pending your preference, though typically the flight is best without the doors for unobstructed views and image taking opportunities. Flight routes and durations can change pending the conditions, though the shortest flight is done is as little as 30 minutes. Another great feature of this flight is that all tours are booked as a private tour and pricing is the same regardless of the guest count on the trip. Weights and names of passengers are required before the flight can be confirmed.

Tour Requirements
- Trip may accommodate up to 3 guests pending weights of each passenger
- The combined weights of all passengers may not exceed 500lbs total
- Upon booking, each individual weights are required
- Individual guest may not weight more than 230lbs per the seat certification
- Optional pilot gratuity can be provided after the tour concludes directly to the pilot
- Parking fee is additional in cost and paid for at the Heliport before tour
- Guests are responsible to pay for any overtime prior to leave the heliport
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to locate the hanger and to check-in
- A few days prior to your flight we will email you reminders and more directions
- It is not needed to print off any vouchers or tickets as we will email them to the pilot
Activities are refundable up until 72 hours prior to your activity date. Once the cancellation period has passed, refunds will not be issued for any reason unless the vendor determines a reason(s) that the activity is unable to operate.
- While we love the 30-minute flight, it goes by really fast! We recommend 45 to 60 minutes
- Guests can extend their time for a fee pending availability of the helicopter after your tour
- Discuss what you wish to accomplish on your flight with the pilot prior to departure
- Pilot has USB ports onboard for mobile phone charging if needed
- This trip is great for just about anytime during the day including morning and evenings
All trips are private charters which are exclusive to you and your party only. This option does not offer to book partial helicopter flights in the event you have less than three guests.
